Replaced old Acid Fog

Old Acid Fog (not done by me) used spell_enum 0, this replaces the old spell with the up to date temple+ version and uses spell_enum 1172

This spell requires the updated SpellPythonModifier, so it can't be merged until that one is merged

Once merged co8infra.dat and kotbfixes.dat need to be regenerated.
