PC creation - can take known feat twice

This only occurs at character generation. Any character may select a grayed-out feat that they already have. Additionally, any character who can take multiple feats at the same time at character generation may take the same one twice, even though it is grayed out after the first selection. Human Fighters can take the same feat three times! This does not occur during level-up where a character may earn more than one feat, such as for a Fighter levelling up to 6th level.
