Feature request: Be able to measure the number of frames or seconds in Timeline mode

When editing in Timeline mode, I'd like to be able to measure any portion of the timeline using some keystrokes/mouse clicks & drags, in order to see exactly how many frames should be imported to match up with the music.

One workaround for this is to create a temporary object on the timeline and stretch it to cover the area you want to measure. Then right click -> "change duration", and the default number that's in the popup is how many frames long that object is.
