Support more word segmentation tools

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** There is only a MeCab. **Describe the solution you'd like** Add support for those mentioned at https://polyglotclub.com/wiki/Language/Multiple-languages/Culture/Text-Processing-Tools#Word_Segmentation.

If the profile is wrong, then it could be hard to remove those added. As a result, the profile is better shown when adding.

The page is just too bright.

There are local TSV files that can be utilised to add translations, like CC-CEDICT, JMDICT, CFDICT, HanDeDict, after some conversion. The current way is to export and convert to TSV...

There are suffixes to be blacklisted and prefixes to be whitelisted.
