Even for the same language, different regions have different glyph standards. The “language” would be actually “language-script-region”.
The same text can be assigned more than one “language-script-region” value, like `deu-Latn-DE` and `deu-Latf-DE`, where the latter one is in Fraktur type.

I think the default parser can be taken off and become a plug-in. All parsers are available as plug-ins.
Here the language and writing system identifiers mentioned at https://github.com/jzohrab/lute-v3/issues/231 can help. Also ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 can be applied because different regions have different orders, like Korean.
