Hm, testing this, I cannot reproduce this behavior. I see no duplicate inputs no matter how many tabs I open or how many times I close and reopen the client....

Looks like the objects `.get_numbered_name(num, looker)` must have been called for the ` rocks` alias to be created, which is what makes `self.search("rocks")` work. I suspect it's only called on...
