GMIC v3.1.6 doesn't work with GIMP 2.10.32-1

To install GMIC, I copied the gmic_gimp_qt folder to D:\Program Files\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins, and added the folder pathname to the plugin folders list.

GMIC v3.1.6 works fine with GIMP 2.10.30 (GMIC window opens without errors and all controls work), however, GMIC v3.1.6 doesn't work with GIMP 2.10.32-1.

When I attempt to open GMIC on GIMP 2.10.32-1, multiple error windows pop up, one after the next with message like:

"gmic_gimp_qt.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point DllMain could not be located in the dynamic link library D:\Program Files\GIMP 2\bin\libgnutls-30.dll."

It seems that something changed in GIMP 2.10.32-1 which prevents GMIC from working. Would someone please help enlighten me if I'm missing something? Thanks!
