gmic will not load for gimp 3

I cannot load gmic in gimp 3 will not load even manually

Creating a new folder and copying the plugin under it worked for me.

i installed gimp 2.10.36 where i had gmic on it.. gmic disappeared almost a week ago from it and thats why i updated. oddest thing to me
