Replacing fonts fixing number of issues

  • All fonts are licensed with OFL and the license texts are now attached to the fonts (#102)
  • Replaced font 2 with a one with both upper and lower case fonts (#83)
  • Font 5 (Sling) did not contain fonts to some 8 bit characters (e.g. ÅÄÖ)
