Correct human-possible assumptions?

@GregoryCannon Your "human possible" recording tops out at score 1½ million, but recent actual WR are >3 million. #7 notwithstanding, does it mean that the recent record holders are now better than your assumptions for "human possible"?

@GregoryCannon As you're probably aware, now the actual human record is 16 248 080 (> 16M!), so this really needs addessed.
