I don't know how to install

How do I install Stackrabbit and get it on fceux I think I'm dumb :(

@TheSuggestionGuy First, you need to install and run a web server by using command npm start. Then you open fceux, go to File -> Load Lua Script and using file stackrabbit.lua. Then start the game at level 18, 19 or 29 and play the script. Depending on the version of your OS and chipset that it might requires extra steps.

when i do npm start, it says "Error: You must run node-gyp configure first!" but when i run that command, windows powershell doesn't recognize that
