Change the text on the retrieve page about how to find your earnings record

Currently the text reads:

Click to navigate to the "Earnings Record" page of the site.

The login landing page for ssa.gov has changed a little bit. The relevant link now reads "Review your full earnings record now". It might be nice to even provide a screenshot here showing the user what to look for.
