Represent AIME max on the PIA bendpoints chart

A user reported that they noticed the PIA bend points chart shows values for the AIME->PIA formula that extend beyond the legal range of possible AIME values. Specifically, 35 years at the maximum annual contribution limit.

It would be illustrative and helpful to cap the bend point chart at this maximum.
