[Suggestion] Conversion recipes for Hatches and Buses

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When requirements for a Multiblock change or when accidentally crafting the wrong type of Bus/Hatch, it would be nice to be able to convert them into each other

Describe the solution you'd like Some helper recipes like the following:

1. Shapeless recipes that convert between the input and output version of a hatch/bus, e.g. Input Hatch (HV) -> Output Hatch (HV) etc. and vice-versa
2. Maybe being able to substitute the machine hull in the hatch/bus recipes by another hatch/bus, for example: Chest above Energy Input Hatch (EV) -> Input Bus (EV); Tungsten Cable to the left of a Output Hatch (IV) -> Energy Input Hatch (IV)
3. Alternatively to 2, some kind of machine recipe to convert all buses/hatches back into the respective machine hulls, could be for example in an Assembler: Input Bus (HV) + Integrated Circuit (31) -> HV Machine Hull

Thank you for this suggestion 1 seems interesting and can be implemented. Point 2 does not blend good with current not upgrading system and for 3 we don't have any plans for disassembling mechanism.
