Bugfix: Logic in Payout Calculation is inverted

Hi I think the Logic in the Payout Calculation is actually opposite, please correct me if I'm wrong. See my Change in File StrategyTester Line 88.

I also...

  • upgraded the Project to the last .Net Version 4.8,
  • removed unused Resources and Settings
  • migrated to NuGet Package References
  • and refactored some variable Names.
