Free skips don't reset between runs

Describe the bug

If you set any free skips for RMC, they won't reset between runs, so you need to reload the plugin to get them back if you used any.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set free skips to anything but 0
2. Start a RMC run
3. Use a free skip
4. Stop RMC
5. Start a new one
6. Free skips will now be n-1 (or the button won't appear if you set it to 1).

Expected behavior

Free skips should reset between runs.
