Close the map flying animation for web map client

The flying animation gives some delay for the map presentation, now let's close the animation option of the web map core to give a quicker UX.

Please give a video to show the change when you finish.

Do you mean animation in the initial page load to be removed. If not, can you explain this bit more?

@JyothsnaVellampalli another one is working on this issue, basically, we want to make the app swifter the current animation makes the user inpatient.

I'm willing to finish this feature but confused that I can't find the source code of gotoView function which is weird.
