do not list the planter profile when capture count is 0

See screenshot attached empty user profiles that are associated with the organization get shown even though they do not have captures behind them. We often have multiple user profiles due to user errors and they end up using one of the profiles only. Screenshot 2023-01-20 at 11 14 17

In this case the same user profile is shown twice.
