Generating a Variability Plot of a handful of motifs

Hi,

If i wish to plot a handful of motifs of interest in the Variability plot how may I do so. I would like to do so by just showing the trend line and not the the bars that show the upper and lower limits. Also the motifs span multiple motif databases. Thanks!
