The full manual PDF is showing up a page not found error (https://www.archrproject.com/bookdown/ArchR.pdf). Could you please fix this?

Thanks for the reminder. This has been a thorn in my side for a while. There are some problems rendering the PDF. I think I will likely remove the PDF download option.
