Idea: Add scoring to each tool to show the level of scientific support

This will add credibility and transparency.

It will also allow us to include promising content without the same scientific support, while making it clear how it differs from the content with much stronger scientific support.

Could be represented as a number between 1 and 10 where 10 is the strongest support.
