Update the URL based on selected filters on the explore page

Feature idea: Update the URL based on selected tags (and filters in general), with for example URLSearchParams. This should allow people to share a link to show all Methods or Courses for example.

Fun feature but there are more important things to do right now. Keeping it for the future though.
