It draws the attention to this topic which is very important in building inclusivity.
What can be improved?
A spelling mistake in the introductory text "learning"(instead of "earning")
I wouldn't use the phrase "most well-known and relevant" to refer to Hofstede's four out of five dimensions. The field of cultural awareness and inclusivity is helped by the awareness of many dimensions but should not be reduced to them in my opinion.
I wonder if it would be possible to mention or even describe a tool from Darla Deardorff's “Manual for Developing Intercultural Competencies – Story telling”. ,UNESCO and Routledge © 2020 This publication is available in Open Access and exists in French as well (maybe other languages too as it was tested as a tool to develop intercultural competence all over the world (unbiased by culture) through active listening without needing highly trained facilitators and a lot of money.
I used it with students from very diverse backgrounds in Belgium following the Deardorff's advised process. Students said it was impressive how fast connection was created.
