Evaluate which implementation of svelte-headlessui to use

• https://github.com/CaptainCodeman/svelte-headlessui (looking promising and might help improve performance due to requiring less code)
• https://github.com/rgossiaux/svelte-headlessui (currently using, although it takes a moment to initialize)
• Maybe https://melt-ui.com/ will be a good option once it gets more stable? Seems to offer a much wider scope of features
