What do you like?
I appreciate this practice and think it would really have a big impact when utilized in group settings. We often 'compete' for airtime, or fill empty space with chatter out of discomfort and this really invites the quite space between to be a safe, welcomed, and informative pause. It also can help disrupt any energy that is taking the conversation in one direction and causing disengagement.
What can be improved?
what if there was a place to include dialogue around the use of this tool?
Adding comments is in the scope for upcoming versions. Probably with a manual review step before they are published to prevent spam and abuse, but still letting people share their experiences of using the tool in practice.
This could complement the existing feedback form, meaning we would have to help people understand the difference.
Or, could the feedback form and comments be combined into one feature? Perhaps with the option to either 1) post a comment where you share your experiences - or 2) submit feedback with the current format. This would save space, and hopefully distinguish between the two options.
Ideally, this content could be stored somewhere and added during build time. Comments don't have to be published immediately if they should be reviewed first. Then it would be OK to show a message thanking the person for their contribution.
