Maybe refactor `uniqueLink` code out from builders into a helper

The helper would use the content type (like Story or Tool) and a property from that content type that should be used to generate the link.

Then it would proceed with the same steps as the duplicated code is doing, but in a more generic way to reduce code duplication.
