Better dark mode

openLCA is currently not optimized for a dark mode (icons, fonts, chart backgrounds). Seems that we cannot disable dark mode easily when it is set via the systems settings: https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1103784/. This means that openLCA looks strange when dark mode is the system default.
