ReCiPe normalization/weighting

I believe there is an error in the implementation of normalization calculations. My understanding is that the characterized impact should be multiplied by both the normalization factor and weighting to give a single score. The reason is that the values for normalization shipped with ReCiPe have already been inverted. I noticed this with v1.10.3.
