Azure PUE data alignment

Azure provides Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) data for each of its cloud regions as part of it's datacenter fact sheets https://datacenters.microsoft.com/globe/fact-sheets

This is useful and compete, but it would be helpful if we could have a discussion about how Azure PUE data is calculated for shared colocation facilities (which Google does not provide data for), and it would be useful to have a table of data for all regions that is updated when new regions come online, rather than having to manually extract data from the fact sheets.
