Cloud provider Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) generation locations as an Impact Framework dataset

The locations are listed for each cloud provider on a map, by extracting the underlying data from the map into a spreadsheet we can provide the raw data as GSF Impact Framework data source. This data is not directly useful to include in carbon calculations but it does indicate where in the world cloud providers gave generation capability, to build confidence in their Carbon Free Energy values.
