Feature request: Publish a versioned release as a NuGet package of the Carbon Aware SDK

As a developer it should be easy to consume and bind implementation to a specific minor version.

Hi sorry for the delay.

I think this might have been covered here https://github.com/Green-Software-Foundation/carbon-aware-sdk/issues/40#issuecomment-1208887986 but we might be able to revisit (maybe it could be published as beta so it would be expected to come with some caveats)

(I also believe someone had created their own version during last year's hackathon - that might help? - will need to dig around to find again if needed)

The other request is closed and not implemented. It would be great to have official nuget packages
