Aaargh. It was AMP's damn "smart" exclude system. It puts a .autoExclude file in every single directory. The server obviously detects that and thinks the client files don't match, so...
Check the spelling on the file name. Should be `server_privilege.sprv` I had a typo originally in the template. Now corrected in the version merged into the main AMP repo

I've made some changes for consistency with other templates, and also to reflect the ordering that my testing suggested is needed to ensure the custom options don't override AMP's settings

What are you basing this on? There is no such setting in the default ServerHostSettings.json that ships with V Rising, so curious. Anyway, just adding to to the AMP config...
