I didn't make a backup, the launcher overwrote my folder and deleted all my worlds, is there any backup folder or anything that I can do?

Well I saw this in the log [Moving Minecraft data to: C:\Users\willm\AppData\Local\TmpMinecraftLocalState] that might be where it is lol

Will not load game, 1.20.31.1 (error message windows 10)

find and delete the backup directory then run it again as admin or something
