Remove unnecssary plus(+)sign

it open the Add category | Librehatti form with same field.

Again it has an option on the parent field to add on (+)sign. But it is not opening any form further. But when we click on the unit field it display the unit form correctly. It has to be same with the parent field remove add (+)sign on parent field on second time.
