Order Confirmation before submitting data into database.

In current automation, many times TCC staff enter wrong values like number of samples, test etc. To avoid this, we can add feature where on clicking at submit button, user will redirect to page where he/she can see submitted values and if they find it correct then they can confirm it and if there is something wrong, they can edit the order.

@inderpreetsingh and @piyushparkash, any idea to implement this?
