Improve User Interface

User Interface of this project need to be improved making it easy to work on certificate system.

@TamandeepSingh Mandeep was just discussing about this one only that it's interface need to be enhanced. Have you used any front-end tools till now as I haven't apart from Bootstrap so I was searching a bit about the same. If you are having experience then I guess you can contribute. (even if not then also)

@dsdeeptisharma I have worked in Bootstrap. Which other tools do you want deploy here? What kind of changes are required in the software?

@TamandeepSingh I can't say about the tools. Mandeep will put some light on this. You can suggest. I think the way templates are arranged at bottom need to be changed as with more templates it won't look nice. We just need to make it look impressive. Discuss about your interest in GD too under CertMate Thread.

Hi, @TamandeepSingh You're welcome to work on this. You can go on with bootstrap.

Currently two major things on the priority are: Making it:

1. mobile responsive.
2. look good.

You may discuss further about how we may increase the user experience for this app.
