Error should be logged when bulk inputs are dropped

What?

When you send messages in bulk format to an input that supports bulk receiving but has it disabled, the messages after the first message are dropped silently. Ideally graylog would warn you in the input ui that this appears to be happening. At a minimum it should log some kind of error to server.log that it appears that messages are being dropped.

Why?

There is no way of knowing this is happening today, nothing is logged in server.log etc, you just receive less messages than you should.
