Data Node Remote Reindexing Migration stuck at "Loading", error visible only in log

Expected Behavior

When an error occurs during the remote reindexing part of the data node migration, it should be indicated in the progress bar.

Current Behavior

The progress bar is stuck in loading state. The user needs to klick on the log button to find out an error has happened.
