Fix styling and order of dropdowns in "smaller resolution" navigation

Description

Currently the position and styling of the enterprise and security menu item can be wrong:

Sometimes it is being displayed like this:

Ideally we fix not only the order, but also display the dropdown button with a width of 100%, similar to the other navigation links.
