Add more actions for index set overview for quicker access

Description

On the index set overview page some actions are already displayed for each index set (edit, delete, set as default).

It would be useful to add more action here, like:

Maintenance

• Recalculate index ranges
• Rotate active write index

Configuration

• Configure field types
