Sidecar does not delete orphaned stdout logs

Sidecar does not delete old logfiles for agent configs that are no longer assigned to Sidecar If a host gets frequently new configs with different IDs the size for the logfiles rises more and more. Sidecar should also delete logs from agent configs that are no longer assigned after a period.
