revamped all icons using jetbrains intellij icons

i added intellij icons and completely revapmed the old icons

Btw just implemented new svg rendering system, now it should be faster and less bloated, cacheing is on the way, dis is seperate project anyway(ig this threadtear is unmaintained rn right?)

@Col-E btw is cafedood rewriting(re implementing) code and what it does or is it just a stripper for wahtever illigal attribute

I don't see any issues right now. It can be compiled even if at Linux and Windows. But I need to add JDK 22 support after that JDK 19 support.
