PDF Settings Overridden If Form Editor Open + PDF Saved + Form Editor Saved Right After

Description

This is a race condition bug of sorts and can occur if someone opens the form editor in one browser tab and then opens the PDF settings in another browser tab. If they then edit the PDF settings and save, then subsequently switch to the form editor tab, make changes and save, the PDF settings will be reverted.

Step To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Form Editor Page
2. Open a new tab and open the PDF settings for the form currently being edited
3. Add a new PDF and save
4. Switch back to the Form Editor, make some changes and then save
5. Reload the PDF form settings and see the PDF no longer exists

Expected behavior When saving the form editor, the PDF form settings do not get overridden
