Add GravityWP List Number add-on Support

Description In Core/Universal templates, when outputting a GravityWP List Number add-on-enhanced field the bold HTML inside the total cell is escaped and the tags are shown.

Expected behavior The injected HTML mark-up from the GravityWP List add-on would be correctly parsed and not escaped.
