PDF Settings - Filename Merge Tags

Description On this case, there is Suffix and Prefix included on the merge tag dropdown which does not exists on form. Leaving a blank PDF filename on Entries -> View PDFs hover.

Step To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Forms -> Settings -> PDF -> General Box'
2. Click on ' { : } ' symbol under Filename.
3. Scroll down to the available merge tags.
4. See error

Expected behavior It should not include undefined field in the form.

The same issue is present with any Mergetag where a user doesn't enter any data, and is something the person configuring the PDF needs to be aware of when using merge tags. I'm going to remove this as a bug and tag as needing clarification in the documentation.
