Remove from the Getting started page the tabs for list of changes and credits

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The 'Getting started' page could become more focused on just that task. A start to this is removing content that isn't relating to starting. By removing the change list and credits tab, this creates a single, focused area.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the tabs 'list of changes' and 'credits'. The 'list of changes' can be found under 'Manage Your Kit' where each plugin has it's own changelog link. If desirable each plugin could also have a credits list there, or a global one could be added for GravityKit to this page.
