Search Bar: allow choosing ANY/ALL within a multi-select field

Several users expect to be able to tick off several values in a Search Bar Multi-select and get a match if at least one of the values is present in an entry.

When a multiple select is used in a Search Bar, we should add a setting for the view whether multiple selected values for the field should be combined as ANY or ALL (i.e. by OR vs. AND).

@rafaehlers, it was set to Done when I first arrived. I initially moved it to Next Up, but since I'm not part of the scoping sessions, I changed it to Needs opinion for priority discussion in your calls.
