Inconsistent access for administrators when "Prevent Direct Access" is enabled

Describe the Issue

When logged-in as an administrator, I am able to access a View directly with "Prevent Direct Access" enabled. I am not, however, able to access a single entry inside that View.

It's not possible to access the View when not logged-in as an administrator.

1. Create a View
2. Add a link to the single entry
3. Set to Prevent Direct Access
4. Directly access the View
5. Click on entry link

What happens: Multiple Entries screen is visible. Single entry is not allowed.

What should happen: Either both or neither should be visible for administrators.
