Integrate with Elementor

So the idea is to implement/create a new Elementor element for GravityView that allows the user to add a View to the layout and/or customize some View styles.

We also need to make sure our future Elementor widget prevents Element Caching from influencing it: https://elementor.com/help/element-caching-help/

Migrate each of the blocks from GravityView to Elementor:

• Use the same SVG icons
• Migrate all the settings
• Route the front-end functionality through the same methods as the blocks
