Next / Previous Entry Navigation on Single Entry Screen

When going through several entries, the only way to navigate them is to open multiple tabs or to wait for an extra page reload every time when going back to the Multiple Entries screen to click the next one.

We have a recurrent request for a "Next / Previous" entry navigation directly from the Single Entry screen.

⚠️ Note: There is a Gist that starts work on this

• [ ] Pass all search query args to the single entry without messing with #1651 — pass starting position (?pos=123) in the url to help?
• [ ] If a single entry is embedded via shortcode or oEmbed, disable functionality
• [ ] Optimize the query so that not all entries need to be fetched to get the next/previous entry
• [ ] Move CSS from inline to GV default styles
• [ ] Consider adding "Approve and go to next" functionality
